We are overjoyed and grateful on this spring day to welcome an amazing band, The Peel, to the Sun Cru fam!!!
A trio formed in Athens, Ohio, in 2021, The Peel are David Colagiovanni (guitar), Adam Fuller (banjo), and Lucy Schwallie (fiddle). Their music is an exquisite tapestry of styles — American primitive, drone, and classical, to name a few. It’s a music that is spirited, fresh, and transcendent. We look forward to presenting The Peel’s new album, In the Ferns, on vinyl this August! More to come on that!
In the meantime, we highly recommend The Peel’s previous records, Bear Wallow Hollow and Mt. Lookout, which are both thrilling, atmospheric, and gorgeous albums.
