All download orders are final.

Please note that all mail orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail or First Class. Shipping times can be estimated here (our ZIP code is 91505). Items generally ship within 6 days of our receiving the order.

Shipping costs are set in Bandcamp. Shipping rate for orders in the US is generally $5 for vinyl LPs and $4 for CDs, subject to change according to postal rates and number of items shipped. International shipping rates calculated in Bandcamp upon checkout. Please understand that, once an order is processed, all sales are final. A refund will be issued only if the item you received is defective.

If your order is returned to us, we will email you at the email address you provided when placing the order. We will email you at least twice. If we do not receive a reply within 2 months of our initial email, we will cancel the order and issue a credit to your account.
