Some background on the fantasy world of Ekstasia in Alex's own words:
"'The Record of Ekstasia Adventures' is a collection of the Legends of Ekstasia adventuring party 'Tarry Crew,' which are recountings of an actual-play campaign that I host with my sisters-in-law and friends. I created the world of Ekstasia in Winter 2024, and we began playing through in January 2025. After the sessions, I recall the events of the actual-play and type them up [...]. The prose of these writings are simple re-tellings of the events and nothing fancy. [...] My goal is to one day adapt this prose into a novel format."
